The Strength and HIIT Style Classes I teach are deigned to make you feel great and more confident in less time. Combining Multi-Dimensional Strength and Cardio moves deliver results. This is for EVERYONE! It can work for everybody. It brings happiness into life in so many ways.

1-1 & Group Classes

Many options are available to train Online with me! Group Classes, Small Group Classes & Personal One on One Training. Group Classes are fun and challenging. If one does not have a good foundation of strength, a few private sessions could be very helpful and will help to avoid injury. Small Group is awesome for a group of friends, family, or co-workers that all want to train together! The goal here is finding a way of fitness that works for everyone.
